Copying optical parts has been commercialized abroad, and this work has also been carried out in China, and practical aspherical surfaces have been copied. There are two types of replication mode layers used in the previous project: reflective and transmissive.
The development of organic synthetic materials, especially the synthesis of new high temperature resistant resins, such as 650 epoxy resin and CR-39, has played a good role in reproducing optical parts. 1. Reflective coating: material - epoxy resin
    630'.  618'.  616 and other epoxy resins are thermosetting resins. The refractive index of these resins is 1.50 ^ -1.55, which is close to the refractive index of optical glass and has a high value for glass
The bonding performance of bonded parts shall be high and low temperature resistant (-- 45C-100 ℃), and the shrinkage shall be less than -0.01%.
2. Transmission coating: material - CR-39
The valence emissivity of cR-39 material is similar to that of K9 glass, the refractive index is 1.48-1.49, and it is a colorless transparent body. The transmissivity to visible light is 92%, lighter than that of glass, and the specific gravity is 1.3.
It is harder than ordinary plastic. The thermal deformation degree is 100 degrees, which is stable for general organic brand agents such as ethanol, methylbenzene, acetone, gasoline, etc. Therefore, this thermosetting material has the characteristics of epoxy resin.
