三菱M80系统PLC文件写入NC操作方法将U盘插入系统左侧USB接口，点系统面板【FO】键，进入PLC梯形图管理界面，点[外部文件操作]键，进入子菜单，点[w外部—NC]键，进入下级子菜单，画面切换至“一览”表显示框，选择“USB”选项，系统将显示U盘内容，光标移动选择M80-V6,保存路径并确认。光标移动选择HPX-VS,点[全部数据选择/取消]键，将所示内容全部勾选，点【读写】键，确认操作，PLC写入开始，返回菜单首页，点【NC文件操作】键，选择[ROM】写入，进入菜单后，选择执行，PLC文件备份操作完毕，系统光机重启。
