           I met a customer for warranty for the past two days. A few years ago, I bought Datian CNC gantry machine tool, which was verified to be out of warranty. Before the customer contacted our company, he had already contacted someone outside for repairs, but the repairs had not been completed. Then the complaint was that the company's people didn't repair it properly. They didn't accept our quotation or my maintenance arrangement. It's strange that this customer called early this morning to say that our company's people went to repair them yesterday, but they still haven't repaired them. How can anyone repair a machine tool that has passed the warranty without receiving the maintenance payment? Although the customer is God, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of God. Now it's because the parts need to be replaced. The other side requires that all the parts be replaced first. The cost is discussed. This early investment risk is very high. I feel that neither the user nor we have integrity.
